MARIJUANA PARTY NOT WANTED

Thanks Neil Magnuson, but we don't need a Marijuana Party in Surrey/
Whalley, or anywhere else for that matter.

Drugs should be handled by pharmaceutical companies, and if pot is a
medicine then they should be handling it, not a political party. No one
should grow pot at home. If it is not approved by the government as safe,
then it will not be sold.

Pot is becoming a very dangerous thing on our streets.

Not only do people spoil homes with it but it's addictive, and it is being
used behind wheels of cars .

We already have problems with an undisciplined, self-serving society which
commits cruelties beyond comprehension and is seen every day in city
newspapers.

Rather than focus on pot, Mr. Magnuson, why don't you stress education and
health care and pollution control, which is the main cause of all our problems?

Join the rest of us to fight crime and build a healthy society, healthy
world and a healthy planet where drugs will be a thing of the past.
