Dear Editor,
The discussion over whether to ban drug paraphernalia is irrelevent, when
it comes to cannabis-related products. Health Canada-licensed legal medical
marijuana users buy pipes, papers, bongs, vaporizers, and other products
that are assistive devices for an exemption scheme mandated by court
orders. They are legal.
