DRUG LEGALIZATION

I can think of many reasons why I do not agree that legalizing all drugs is
the "simple answer" to our drug problems. But I am willing to compromise on
one condition. That legislation legalizing drugs would also stipulate that
those who use no drugs would not have to pay for support and treatment of
addicts or their families while they indulge their recreation.

Is it a deal?
