DUMBEST PROGRAM EVER

This is it. Finally, the dumbest government program ever.

We no longer have to search for it, because it is here!

The "let's give all these addicts free junk for a year and see if they will
kick the habit" program shows that the government has truly taken leave of
its senses.

Perhaps we can give all the alcoholics free booze for a year to see whether
they will dry out.

I am addicted to having more money. Perhaps I could get a "rob all the
banks you want and get out of jail free for a year" pass.

I am sure I would be cured.

The fact that $8 million of taxpayers' money will go to buying junk for
addicts is outrageous!

Has the litmus test of at least basic common sense been thrown out the window?

The next project will be "just dump all the taxpayers' money out a Downtown
Eastside window and see if that solves the problem."
