JUDGE FOLLOWED CLEAR STATE LAWS

I don't claim to know any facts about the case, but I know the Supreme
Court created the exclusionary rule for the sole purpose of creating a
disincentive for law enforcement to act in a vigilante manner.

I applaud Skahan for evenhandedly enforcing the law as she believes the
Constitution requires.
