CITY'S GROW-OP POLICY POSITIVE
Editor:
Chilliwack's battle against "grow operations" has been nothing less than
exemplary. Both council and police are committed to fight this growing
cancer, which in turn incurs huge costs for the taxpayer.
We view with utter frustration the puny sentences handed out to these
perpetrators. However, with Liberal-appointed judges we can expect little else.
After all, when Foreign Affairs Minister Pierre Pettigrew refuses to
condemn a known terrorist group, Hamas, Liberal- appointed judges would
rather seek rehabilitation for these poor "misguided" creatures.
Friends from Singapore find this impossible to comprehend.
Well, of course they execute drug pushers problem solved.
However, our puny justice system reflects the Trudeau legacy and his flawed
charter of rights. The gradual conversion of the Canadian public from what
it once was to the present day pacifist, left-leaning liberal, peace-at-
all-costs mindset, and Lord, how we love our big [brother] governments. But
hey our day will come.
