DRUG INDUSTRY KNOWS HOW A GARDEN GROWS
The Supreme Court's exquisitely narrow decision on medical marijuana said
the feds have exclusive jurisdiction over classification of drugs. Naturally.
How can the pharmaceutical industry compete with a substance that can
relieve pain and be grown in an average garden?
The absurd notion that pot use is any more or less dangerous than alcohol
continues to defy reality.
The rationale behind using the interstate commerce clause to pre-empt
possible criminal conduct also defies logic.
The criminalization of pot use has put cannabis in the wrong category.
Furthermore, it is the criminalization that has caused the substance to
become the "alleged" entrance drug.
