METH WORRISOME FOR EVERYONE

I wanted to thanks the News Gazette for publishing Rick Stiebel's
informative and critical warning ("Meth action needs fast-tracking" June 1)
to the public on the dangers of ignoring the wave of crystal meth use and
production.

This is a growing concern for everyone in society - children, parents,
homeowners, businesses and neighbours alike.

This drug becomes everyone's nightmare due to its affordability, and
simplicity to make and distribute.

Crime that erupts as a result of addiction will affect those who do not have
children or relatives who are addicted.

So this is everyone's problem and I would like to know what we, as concerned
citizens, can do to spread the word and concern.
