IT'S TIME TO MAKE POT LEGAL

In the future, I hope the State Journal will refrain from publishing
more foolishness from the hysterical mythmakers who run the drug
war. Contrary to a recent column that claimed pot is "killing"
people, no one has ever died from ingesting marijuana. Centuries of
use have shown that pot is perfectly safe, and it is about time it be
perfectly legal.

Let's stop wasting money on counter-productive prohibitions and
consign the drug warriors to the ash heap of history.
