DO YOUR PART TO HELP FIGHT DRUGS IN AREA
I've seen recently where Sheriff Kim Wolfe was starting a street level drug
unit. I commend him.
I spoke of this during my campaign for sheriff. We have needed this
back in place for a long time.
I would like to see the citizens take advantage of this and use the
hotline. To be effective, it will take community support and working
together (full time). The drug trade has not only grown with
out-of-towners, but locally as well. And, to effectively combat the
problems (crime), you must start at the root of the problem.
In closing, I ask that you don't hesitate to call in and offer
"anonymous" information that may help so that our community doesn't
have another tragic incident that we are still having to cope with. My
heart and prayers go out to those families in their time of loss.
