SQUIRTING STUDENTS ANOTHER NECESSARY STEP IN FIGHT

This article was very good. We need to do what we can to let our kids know
that drugs are not permitted at school.

The plan that's getting put into effect in September will do just that. I
fully agree with trustee Uultsje DeJong in that we need to do whatever we
can to stop drug use. We truly don't want to be facilitating drug deals in
our schools. As the district officials said, it is our responsibility to do
what we can to keep our schools safe. As a parent, I fully support this plan
and thank the school board members for their work.
