Ottawa -- Anne McLellan, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency
Preparedness, says Canada does not appear to be under any specific
threat, but security forces are on heightened alert (Canada Ramps Up
Security Measures For Transit Systems -- July 8). Does that mean we've
finally taken all of those RCMP officers on marijuana grow-op duty and
placed them at the borders, airports, and subways where they belong?
