How did letter writer T.J. Adel determine that prostitution and
marijuana racketeering are "victimless crimes"? Let's see: First you
take children of 11 or so and introduce them to marijuana provided by
organized crime groups. Add something with a little more kick and
soon they are addicted. Then you get them away from home and out
selling their bodies to support their habit. No victims? What planet
does this person come from?
