WHY NOT DRUG TEST OUR SITTING JUDGES?
To the editor:
After reading this Monitor headline ("Aparicio autopsy: Marijuana,
alcohol," Aug. 3), I asked myself this:
If all other employees of the city and county are subject to drug
screenings, why are not sitting judges? I, personally, would not like
to be tried by a judge who might be high.
