NO MAX GIVEN
Isn't it wonderful that our federal government has finally recognized
the damage that methamphetamine is doing to society and have responded
by increasing the maximum 10-year prison sentence to life in prison.
The unfortunate fact is that nobody has ever been sentenced to the
10-year prison term; what makes us think that anyone will ever be
sentenced to life in prison?
