CANADA IS PROTECTING THE WRONG PEOPLE

Re: Release of drug dealer a joke, Aug. 25

This is a country of contradictions. We have an Iranian heroin dealer and
an East Indian street-racer responsible for a woman's death whom we cannot
get out the country no matter how long and hard we try. At the same time,
we have a marijuana seed pedlar, a Canadian citizen, whom we are prepared
to hand over to the Americans with barely a word of protest. I thought the
government was here to protect our citizens, not those of other countries.
