ART GARFUNKEL FACES CANNABIS CHARGE
Singer Art Garfunkel, who pleaded guilty last year to cannabis possession,
has been charged again after a joint was found in his car's ashtray.
Garfunkel, 63, who lives in New York, was charged after being stopped by
police on Sunday for failing to pull up his vehicle at a stop sign.
A trooper approaching Garfunkel's car noticed a strong odour of marijuana,
and the joint was found in the ashtray.
