RUINING LIVES

So, pot-activist Marc Emery may soon be back in Nova Scotia. Whoopie! Don't
expect me to be at the airport to welcome him. Nor will he expect any
mother or father whose soul is torn apart by seeing his/her spaced-out
young son or daughter who became hooked after "experimenting" with
marijuana in junior high.

Marc Emery and his ilk are ruining kids' lives and costing Canadian
taxpayers millions of dollars in rehabilitation costs. Emery and his
cronies should be jailed and the key thrown away.

We have an active Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) association in Nova
Scotia, but we need mothers (and fathers) against Marc Emery. Come on, Moms
and Dads, get out and protest against the upcoming cannabis liberation
parade in Halifax.

Come on, drug users, tell your story to the media. Ask to have your name
withheld if you must, but please tell your tortured story. It may just save
a young life from the living hell you are probably going through right now.
