GET TOUGHER TO PROTECT COMMUNITY FROM DRUGS

I think the government's effort to fight illegal drugs wasn't tough
enough. They should require drug tests every six months, FBI
clearance, and psychological tests both for DPW drivers and taxi
drivers on Guam. We must protect the community and our visitors.
