Residents Have a Right to Drug-Free City
I'm writing regarding the recent dispute over attorney Gene Linehan's
Weston billboards, which featured a large marijuana leaf and an ad for
his services.
Linehan doesn't care one bit about the rights of drug users. He cares
about creating more clients in a community that has a growing drug
problem. He may be able to fool the dopers, but not the majority. He
needs them.
Our society doesn't. Don't throw the First Amendment at us. We the
majority also have rights. We have the right and responsibility to
protect our children and our community. Thanks for the value you add,
Mr. Linehan. It's hard to fight arrogance.
