TEACHERS SHOULD BE RANDOMLY DRUG TESTED

I know that schools and day cares will do a criminal background check, drug
tests and fingerprints before they hire an employee. What I don't understand
is why they don't do random drug test on all employees throughout the year?
As a grandmother of little ones attending day cares and schools, I would
feel more comfortable knowing the people in charge of my grandchildren are
not sex offenders or drug abusers. Which is more important, the children or
the cost of the background checks and drug testing?
