MONEY FOR CLARKE
The Clarke County Sheriff's Office will be receiving $125,000 to go
toward the purchase of in-car video cameras, mobile data terminals or
radios. The money is part of a a House conference report that was
approved Nov. 9. Rep. Frank Wolf announced that the bill also provides
the Virginia Regional Drug Task Force with $175,000 to continue its
efforts to stem the methamphetamine trade in the region.
