STERNER MEASURES NEEDED

John Martin's comments are right to the point.

The lawyers and judges running our criminal justice system in B.C.
have opted for the revolving-door approach to dealing with criminals.

How about considering the habitual criminal for permanent incarceration?

What is needed is to enforce the laws that are in place. We need
stiffer sentences for criminals, particularly for repeat offenders.

We must put safety and security for the citizens of this province first.

The lawyers and judges operating in our criminal justice system have
done a poor job of applying the law.

Their liberal approach puts the public at risk and makes us victims
of our own judicial system.
