TWO MEN ACCUSED OF PLOT TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA
NIAGARA FALLS - A federal police officer and a Niagara Falls School
District worker have been charged with conspiring to distribute 270
pounds of marijuana.
Federal officials said Cortez Bradberry, 33, Niagara Falls, and Gary
Moore, 33, a security worker at a submarine base near San Diego,
Calif., were arrested Tuesday at a downtown Buffalo hotel, where they
had come to pick up the drugs.
Authorities said Moore works security at a U.S. Navy submarine base at
Point Loma, near San Diego.
