ADDICTS GET MORE HELP THAN ORDINARY RESIDENTS
Now we are seeing a consequence of the misguided "safe injection
site" concept: increasing addictions and shooting-ups surrounding Insite.
Now the Vancouver Area Network of Drug Users is calling for even more
injection sites to be opened. Apparently, in Vancouver, even drug
addicts have a lobby group; pretty soon, dealers will have one too.
No amount of injection sites will ever be enough, because they just
encourage more and more addicts -- without any inducement and
enforcement to quit. Isn't it immoral (and even criminal) to
facilitate mass slow suicides? We should stop copying Denmark and
copy Sweden, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore instead.
