IF ATHLETES CAN BE TESTED, WHY NOT FERRY CREWS?
I don't understand how athletes can be subjected to surprise drug
tests to keep them honest in competition, yet there are roadblocks to
testing people who operate ferries and who need to protect hundreds of people.
Perhaps the same surprise format used for the Olympics or the Tour de
France can be applied to those in positions of importance, such as
ferry employees?
