USEFUL PARANOIA
Although I agree in principle that being wasted on anything should
keep one from getting behind the wheel, I think the police are running
out of things to do if they are spending a lot of time hunting down
potheads at roadblocks.
Let's face it, stoners do not get all wired up on testosterone the way
drinkers, cokers or meth users do. They should not be tarred with the
same brush.
If anything, they are the ones driving slower and more cautiously.
Good old paranoia can be useful sometimes.
Speeding, drinking and traffic congestion are the main culprits in
road homicides.
These should be the priorities when it comes to policing.
