I would like to tell Murray Mollard of B.C. Civil Liberties
Association that urinating into a cup in front of someone might be
humiliating, but killing yourself or someone else because you're
impaired by drugs or alcohol are much worse. My civil liberty and
safety trump the pothead's rights.
