RAISE REVENUE BY TAXING POT
We now have $8 trillion of national debt. The Lane County Board of
Commissioners wants to raise $50 million with new taxes for public
safety. The state of Oregon needs to find $170 million for human
services. Meanwhile, Milton Friedman and 500 economists have
determined that legalizing and taxing marijuana would raise $14

The state of Oregon should realize $100 million to $200 million per
year in new money.
