KEEP PIPES FROM KIDS
Editor: Re: Drug bylaw (The Times, Jan. 15).
The places that have that stuff for sale should keep them away from
kids, and certainly not sell to any underaged people.
But they should be allowed to be sold. If new clean pipes aren't
available, then people will use all kinds of weird makeshift pipes,
which can spread disease.
But certainly, adults only.
