HARPER MISSES SITE'S POINT

I was reading something about the Conservative's disapproval of
Campbell's safe injection site in the Jan. 12 issue of Metro that
alarmed me. Hasn't Harper ever been in our densely populated city of
two million long enough to know that there are next to zero public
bathrooms in the city's downtown? The fear of drug use, spread of
disease and vandalism wrecks my chance of finding a place to pee. A
safe injection site would surely open up more needed public bathrooms.
