WAVED OUT OF THE CIRCLE
Could you please find someone intellectually credible to debate Karen
Selick, and get rid of Michael Coren ("Face-off: Surrendering the
drug war," Nov. 28)? At the best of times he rarely matches her
logic, and has now resorted to name-calling and personal attacks,
while falsely accusing Selick of doing the same. His childish attacks
in the latest column were quite unbecoming. His sarcasm takes up
space that would be put to better use with real arguments. Whether
one agrees with Selick's positions or not, she is at least presenting
some, and they should be addressed, not side-stepped.
