WRONG CRIMINALS PUNISHED
The City of Regina continues its crackdown on hardened criminals.
Just recently, it nabbed a hardened criminal and tossed him in jail
- -- a pot-smoking, AIDS-suffering guy whose renewed Health Canada
permit arrived late. Not long ago, Regina tossed a woman in jail for
a bunch of unpaid parking tickets. Before that, it was a grandmother
thrown in jail for taking off her top in a swimming pool.
All hardened criminals these, posing monstrous risks to society.
Meanwhile, the car thieves, break-and-enter artists, and murderers
continue unabated their unprecedented crime spree, solidly
entrenching Regina as the No. 1 crime capital of Canada.
One would have thought that Regina would have heard of that famous
saying -- if one continues doing the same things, one can expect the
same results.
