PEOPLE NOT USING POT FOR MEDICINE HAVE RIGHTS, TOO

I have been reading about the "rights" of medicinal pot users, but
have never seen anyone writing about the "rights" of non-users.

Medicinal pot smokers moved into the apartment below and have taken
over the oxygen I breathe. If I leave the windows slightly open to
enjoy a cool breeze, my apartment becomes inundated by this foul odor
and I have to close the windows to avoid contact effects. If I use
fans in the apartment, it pulls the marijuana smoke up from
downstairs and affects me physically and emotionally.

Sometimes I have to run the air conditioner to try and rid the vile
fumes from my apartment, but then I have additional cost to my energy
bill; it makes no sense to run the air conditioner in the winter or
on nice weather days. I should not have to pay for my neighbor's
medicinal marijuana use.

I am a chronic pain-sufferer who ingests pain medication when I must,
but it does not infringe on anyone else's "rights" to breathe clean air.
