NOT ALL LOCAL INDO-CANADIANS ARE INVOLVED IN GANGS, DRUGS
EDITOR, THE TIMES:
It is just sad learning all this stuff [murders] is happening in Abbotsford.
But really ticks me off is how everyone believes that Indo-Canadians
are so bad.
If any Indo-Canadian is dead, what's the first thought in people's
heads? That it is drug-or gang-related.
Indo-Canadians are not all drug dealers. Maybe the most recent
shooting is somehow related to drugs - or it could be random; we
won't really know unless we find the killers.
Just because someone may have had a drug record in the past doesn't
mean that's why they are killed.
Please stop thinking that we Indo-Canadians are dying because of drug issues.
