END PROHIBITION ON DRUGS TO START TACKLING PROBLEM
With the prohibition of drugs come the fear and secrecy that keeps
people from seeking help. With the high costs because the drugs are
illegal, addicted people have to turn to crime to keep from getting
sick.
Bringing the problem into the light will help in treatment, and to do
this we must end prohibition and put the money into helping our
communities heal.
Through education look how well we did with smoking, without throwing
anyone in jail. Are people reluctant to try it because crystal meth is
illegal?
Let's not let unlicenced people and street dealers decide who's old
enough to use drugs. Let's take control, as we have with alcohol and
smokes.
