ANTI-PROP. 215 PUSH IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL

The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United
States of America. Let that sink in. We as a collection of sovereign
states, to make a more perfect union, choose people from different
backgrounds, beliefs and ideals from all across this nation to
represent us and to defend the charter that binds and brings us all
together, the Constitution.

In 1996 the people of California voted for Proposition 215. States
have the right to say what is a medicine and what is not.

"The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Ninth
Amendment. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people." Tenth Amendment. "No State
shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or
immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State
deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process
of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws." Fourteenth Amendment.

It should ring clear to all now that the people are right to use,
grow, obtain and possess cannabis if they are legitimate 215 patients
under state law, and to take away Second Amendment rights, states'
rights, and rights to life, liberty and happiness is a crime that only
tyrants happily commit. Anyone who would take freedom from there
brother when it hurts no one is no American.
