I don't understand why "Mrs. B" must grow her own medicinal marijuana
since she has her doctor's authorization to use it. Wouldn't it make
sense to have the government produce marijuana safely and have it
available at pharmacies, like any other medication?

Of course the most sensible solution would be to have
government-produced marijuana available for purchase at LCBO outlets,
the same as alcohol. However, I realize this is a taboo subject, so
let's just work on having medicinal marijuana available at pharmacies,
so we don't force little grandmas to grow their own, and risk being
thrown in jail when the new sentencing laws come into effect.
