FREE CRACK PIPES DIMINISH HEALTH RISKS OF SMOKING CRACK
To the editor:
Telling youths who are already smoking crack to "just say no" and/or
attempting to force them into treatment will likely alienate most who
come in contact with a crack outreach worker. These options may be
explored during an outreach conversation, but the immediate task is to
provide the youth with the means of diminishing the health risk of
smoking crack.
