'HEIGHT OF STUPIDITY'
Being a Fresno County resident for almost 62 years and a county
employee for eight years, I didn't think the Board of Supervisors
could possibly be any dumber than they have appeared to be. However,
voting down the needle exchange program is the height of stupidity.
Before you ask, I don't work for the health department. I guess the
supervisors are going to have to be dragged, kicking and screaming
into the 20th century (no, that's not a typo).
