CANNABIS PILLS WOULDN'T HELP NAUSEA

Over the past few weeks I have noticed multiple letters to the editor
in regards to medical marijuana. It would appear that those writing
do not have a medical background; do not have a medical condition
which would require the use of cannabis; and with knowledge obtained
via net or who knows how, have decided that pills, sprays, and
whatever are the means that these patients should receive their
medication, not in plant form.

Here's my twist on this. Since I am a patient (who has one of the bad
diseases listed in Proposition 215), I can state that waiting for a
pill to help cure my nausea (and pot does within seconds) is
absolutely senseless. If one can't keep things down, i.e. throwing
up, then how do you expect a pill to work? The spray would be nice
but just wait for the FDA to approve something in less than five years.

Sorry, and most apologies for the product having an effect that may
make some patients high, which is what everyone complains about, oh
and stinky plants, which has become a "not in my back yard" siren.
