Since when should the government pay for illegal drugs for welfare
recipients?
Since when should our government pay for drugs to lower the crime
rate?
Mr. Barth, you may be on medical marijuana. I'm sorry for that but to
drug test welfare recipients may just put food on the table for them
rather than drugs
