GIVING OUR CRACKHEADS FREE PIPES IS A BONEHEADED MOVE

I think that the Vancouver health officials must be smoking crack
themselves to want to start handing out free pipes.

I guess it's not bad enough that they will change the speed limit on
Hastings Street so that these people can still do their drugs and
wander out into traffic. But to also start giving them the tools to do
it is pathetic.

There is only one real way to help these people. And giving them
drugs, tools and a comfy place to shoot up is not it.

But these politicians seem to have no other real ideas except what
their studies show, even though everyone knows these studies are not
even close to accurate.

What's next? Are households going to be required to own two cars so
that all the car thieves can have an easier time weaning themselves
off stealing cars?

Or maybe have a couple of booths set up for those who forget to roll
their joints?
