Medical-Marijuana Outlets Out With Bill

HEAD IN THE CLOUDS

I'm a senior citizen and I do not and never have used marijuana, but
what is wrong with our legislators in Olympia? ["Medical pot outlets
illegal as bill dies," page one, May 25.]

Young people can go to a local store or gas station and buy "bath
salts," which are killing them, and it's legal!

But yet, those holier-than-thou people who make the laws in Olympia
won't legalize marijuana!

I have never heard of anyone committing suicide from using marijuana
and if it indeed helps someone medically, why not legalize it? Have
they got their heads in the wrong place?
