Ask for Evidence
I was disappointed with the article about medical marijuana ("Medical
pot prescribed mostly for aches, pains," April 21). State Attorney
General Bill Schuette whines that this law "is being exploited by
those who want to legalize marijuana or make money ... or
unscrupulous doctors."
In the next paragraph, I expected the answer from Schuette to a
question regarding evidence that doctors have been unscrupulous. It
wasn't there. Without evidence, this is just more name-calling, and
I, like many others, have tired of it.
