OUR LIVES AND FREEDOMS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED
Stephen Harper has determined that he wants to spend billions of
dollars to build prisons and to fight a war on drugs that is unwinnable.
He calls them "unreported crimes" - what can unreported crimes be but
vices? In a truly free society, vices would never be considered a crime.

middle of the 19th century and it is more relevant today than ever.
