VOTED 'NO'

On behalf of the Rocky Boy's medical marijuana community, I would like
to thank Sen. Jonathan Windy Boy and Rep. Tony Belcourt for their
support of medical marijuana use both on and off the Rocky Boy Indian
Reservation. Thank you both for your votes of "no" on HB161, the
repeal of medical marijuana use in Montana.

The Chippewa Cree Business Committee does not acknowledge Montana's
Medical Marijuana Initiative 148, so the medical marijuana patients
and caregivers of Rocky Boy must leave the reservation in order to use
their choice of medicine, which is cannabis.

Although the Tribal Council does not support the medical marijuana
community in Rocky Boy, Windy Boy and Belcourt, both enrolled members
of the Chippewa Cree Tribe, are the only politicians in Rocky Boy who
support medical marijuana use.

So if you are a medical marijuana patient or caregiver from the Rocky
Boy Indian Reservation, the next time you see either Windy Boy or
Belcourt thank them for supporting the medical marijuana community of
Rocky Boy Indian Reservation and medical marijuana use in general.
