END WAR ON POT
Re: "Marijuana king Kyling convicted" (Gazette, April 13).
I find it very peculiar that The Gazette would run a story on
cannabis-related crime just as the Ontario Supreme Court rules that
the current regulations on cannabis are unconstitutional. If no new
regulations are written up within 90 days, cannabis will be completely
decriminalized. Canada should use this opportunity to step away from
treating cannabis as a criminal issue, tax it, regulate it, and put
this ridiculous war on pot behind us once and for all.
