OUR STATE IS UNDER ATTACK BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

I hope that the Chronicle and the people of Montana can separate
themselves from their emotional views toward medical marijuana long
enough to realize that our state is under attack by the federal
government. Unless the federal government can show that these
individuals who were raided on Monday had violated state laws, then
this was a blatant attempt by the feds to manipulate the legislation
that is being debated by our state Legislature, and is contradictory
to the statements issued by our president as it pertains to the
states' rights regarding medical marijuana.

It should be painfully obvious to Montanans that this was an
orchestrated attempt to circumvent our state's rights. Everyone should
be concerned and only hope this is not as it appears.
