MEDICAL MARIJUANA RAIDS: TESTER MUST BACK MONTANA CITIZENS
This letter was sent to Sen. Jon Tester:
Protect Montana from the federal government agencies.
I'm just wondering how much you will be doing for the citizens who've
been arrested in the recent medical marijuana dispensaries raids. If
they have not broken any Montana state laws, then why would you let
them be taken off to a federal court where state laws will not be applied?
If you do not stand up for these men and women regarding their state
rights, who will?
If you allow them to be taken into a jurisdiction that does not
protect, serve and defend their Montana state rights, then why are we
even a state with laws?
Again, if they have not broken any state laws, why would you even
think about letting federal agents get their hands on them?
Don't you think it would be best to adjudicate them here
first?
Shouldn't the state of Montana be looking out for its citizens first;
protecting them from federal prosecutors/courts who will not protect
their Montana state rights?
If you do not protect the citizens in this way, have you not opened up
the cities, counties and the state, as a whole, to countless lawsuits
- - including yourself and others - for violation of oath of office?
We, the people in the state of Montana, are watching. And will be
remembering that you, and all involved, have been put on notice with
this letter.
